What many people don't realize is that your chakras can both be too closed or too opened. The suffering may be mental, emotional, physical, financial, or interpersonal.

Leaving your chakras too open or vulnerable is just as unhealthy as having closed chakras. Chakra alignment is the process through which the energy of the chakras is brought to a well functioning and harmonious state.
