Refund policy

Consultations:

Consultation fees are non-refundable. If you wish to proceed with the next phase of the consultation, then a credit of equal value of the consultation fee will be applied towards the next phase of the services.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (Oils).  

All services are non-refundable, including readings and consultations.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Stones and Crystals:

We want you to be excited and happy about your stones and crystals. Each stone is hand=picked to personally fill each other and we try our best to securely and safely pack each item for you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 5 days of receipt at stellarearthcrystals@gmail.com. If you contact us within 5 days of product receipt, non-damaged returns are eligible for a refund or store credit minus shipping fees and a restocking fee of $10. 

Damages and issues

We do understand things can happen in transit.

The items we offer are natural stones and crystals and as such, variations, natural inclusions and formations should be expected. However, if an item is delivered to you damaged, please send pictures of the damaged pieces as well as a photo of the packaging to stellarearthcrystals@gmail.com.  Most items are insured through the post office and claims can be filed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
